HP EliteBook 8440p BIOS Update

Hello everyone. I'm about to update my BIOS. My PC is HP EliteBook 8440p. But I'm not sure about which update i should install. The support page of HP has two files.

• F.60 Rev.A (Nov 30, 2015)
• F.13 (Aug 22, 2011)

My PC has 68CCU ROM Family. Thanks for your helps...

I would like to ask few questions here :

1) What is the current BIOS VER on your PC

2) The reason for the bIOS update

3) How are you updating the BIOS, Manually or through HP support Assistant.
