F5 and F6 Screen Brightness Keys Not Working, Anyone have a solution?

The F8 and F9 keys work for volume control.

Usually, in this case, the best course of action is to reinstall the hotkey support and graphics drivers:

 

HP Hotkey Support

Intel Video Driver and Control Panel

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87555.exe
