HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is an elitebook folio 1040 G1 (E4A63AV # ABD) notebook, it is a problem that as I look at every description that it has bluetooth, it is a wifi card integrated with 4.0, but unfortunately i can not operate it, bios i can not find anything to suggest you should switch it on, but you do not even see a device manager. (Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-N 7260) I have installed a factory driver, but I did not even have any change. Bios update was available. What could be the problem?

Wifi works ok, I installed the driver, but bluetooth is no longer visible and there is no unknown tool in the device manager.

WOW!!!

The only other thing I can think of is that BT part of the Combo card has failed.

There are 2 same type of notebooks, and 2 are the same error, would it be bad for a wifi card? All 2?

I find it hard to believe that 1 would fail !!!

Can you open up Device Manager then drop down the Network Adapters and post a pic of that???
