Battery charge not going beyond 79% when plugged in.

To keep batteries "live" longer, HP allows batteries on many business class machines to charge up to 80%.  This offer is not available on nearly all consumer machines. It is up to you now 80% or 100% ?

HP business laptops have Battery Health Manager in the BIOS that provides charging level options. You can choose an option to allow the battery to charge to100 %. My Elitebook 840 G3 has this setting in Power Management Options in Advanced in the BIOS. See the HP video below:
