Good morning,
Over 20 HP Elitebook 645 G10 users have reported overheating issues that cause involuntary restarts/shutdowns or lock the user out. They're using the HP Docking station with the thunderbolt connector that comes with the laptop.
Any feedback is appreciated.

If it is the docking station that is overheating you might contact HP support about the problem and speak to an actual HP rep.
It might be best if the purchasing agent does the contact.
If it is the laptop that is heating up then you should get a laptop cooler to mitigate the heat problem.
