Hi, i got a hp elitebook 745 g3 with a busted power jack.
I replaced it myself but now only this goes on: https://imgur.com/a/kqnjPI9
The orange led is on the spot of the charging icon
after pressing the power button for around 20 sec it repeats or if I un and replug the psu.
Same blinking with or without the battery.
Anyone knows what that means?
edit: as refference

I do wish you had done that video with the notebook positioned normally instead of upside down. It is quite strange looking at upside down and trying to count the blinks from red and white.
"Same blinking with or without the battery." Do you mean that you disconnected the battery?
We really can't troubleshoot your repair without eyes on.
I suggest taking it to a shop to have someone take a look at it.

I posted a photo of the bottom cover so that the led's are more clear.
What i mean with "with and without" i tried with the battery plugged (psu pluged in) and battery plugged out and psu plugged in. I hope that the behavior changes so i could just have a faulty battery, but alas. The battery is probably fine.

That is likely to be a system board power section issue.
