Product: HP ProBook 430 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

Have been given this product and cannot find any documentations on the HP site. Can use some guides as I seem to be unable to switch this laptop on, e.g., so the battery may be flat??

Any link to a user guide or even better a maintenance guide as I will have to change batteries possibly? Thanks.

Sorry, these two links you provided do not provide any manuals for this model. These are the same links I got before, when I contacted the HP page and provided the model details. It talks of a 6MB Maintenance Manual - no luck and also no others.

What ? what are you looking for ? The manual clearly says

 

HP EliteBook 840 G2 Notebook PC

also covers for

HP EliteBook 740 G2 Notebook PC
HP ZBook 14 G2 Mobile Workstation
Maintenance and Service Guide

 

And the second link is for

Sorry Bahien, the first link comes up with "Page not found | HP" and the second link comes up with "Manuals", then I click on the 6 MB Maintenance manual, which leads to a lot of blue choices in a strip on the LH side, clicking on "Laptops" leads to an ad for present day laptops.

 

I have tried to pick a "User Manual' and that did not come up either with it. But thanks for your help.

Thanks for help. With Mozilla Firefox the clearing of cache and ? did not work, however, as you suggested, changing the browser in my case to Google Chrome did work and I have full access to manuals. Have just printed the entire 6MB maintenance guide! Thanks again, great help!
