HP Elitebook 840 G3 - Coil whine

I am currently experiencing coil whine, does anyone know if there Is a way to stop or reduce the noise on this model? I assume it is the GPU, I hear electrocution-like noises when doing tasks or scrolling fast as a test with the arrow keys. 

 

I have heard about underclocking the GPU, but lack experience and info. I don't see options in the BIOS, assuming it would be a third party program. I have tried methods including reducing power methods and lowering brightness, no-go. 

 

I have the Intel graphics drivers installed. My BIOS is up to date (2022). Laptop is far from warranty.
