I have a HP Elitebook 8440p. Normally I use a 60 watt charger for it, but now my 60 watt charger is damaged. so, I want to know that I can use a 90 watt charger on it to charge. Will there any problem happen if I use 90 watt Charger?

No assuming it is the same votage and the same plug. The laptop will not draw more current from the adapter than it needs.
