hi i have the same proble .but i have one solution. try this but it works only with power supplay.

 

1. remove laptop battery

2. remove coms battery connection

3. plug in the power supplay without battery and coms battery

 

 

now power on the laptop. for evey first time it restart in bios screen and  then it work with out restart on entire day

Change bios settings to default.Which application are you using and are you Enabled Intel vt-x for visualisation.
