Product: HP Elitebook folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was wanting to upgrade my cpu in my computer from an i5-3317u to an i7-4650u. I realize the cpu is soldered to the motherboard so what I am asking is whether or not an Hp elitebook folio 9480m motherboard is compatible with an hp elitebook folio 9470m.

The is a list of System boards on pages 19-20 and 63 of the following manual

Did you know you also have to pay for new Windows license which is embedded in BIOS and you can't re-use existing Windows license
