HP Envy 13 (2019)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought a HP Envy 13 (2019) in November of 2019 so have had the laptop for approximately 15 months. I have noticed an issue with the hardware in which the chassis of the case appear to open slightly when the screen is opened. I have treated the laptop well and whilst this doesn't cause an issue at the moment, I can see that it may become worse in the future, this is not the sort of build quality I would expect for such an expensive laptop. Currently it pops back into place with a little push but this shouldn't happen in the first place. I don't know if there was a dodgy seal just on my particular laptop or if this is an issue throughout all of them.

Since I am outside of the 12 month warranty what options do I have?
