HP Envy 13 (2019 - aq0020tx ) : Fingerprint driver not working after few windows 10 major update

Hi, a few months ago I had update windows 10 for the major update from Microsoft. After the update of the latest 20H2, suddenly my fingerprint scanner won't work anymore. As I check under device manager, it came out with ( ! ). I tried to update the drive with windows update and it seems unable to find any driver for it. 

As I check further on the properties, it seems like there is an error code 31. Just like the screenshot below :

I not sure where to find the specific driver for my envy, that is why request some help if any of you guys having the same issue with Envy from 2019. Previously my fingerprint scanner works like a charm. Until I update my windows, it's no longer responding. As I recall, there is no water damage or anything to the scanner as I rarely use my laptop and I won't dare so much to touch my laptop when my hand is wet.
