ENVY 13-ah0003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

20200225_110133.jpg20200225_110145.jpgHi,

I've got a HP Envy 13 - less than a year old - and I'm wondering where I can get the rubber feet strips from as both of mine are peeling off in a similar fashion to this post https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Rubber-strip-peeling-off/td-p/...

It would be ideal if HP could provide them since the laptop is still under warranty.

I believe the spare part number is L19528-001 under the Rubber Kit name, but I am unsure of whether or not this is the correct part and I cannot find anywhere to purchase them.

Thanks for any insight

Rubber Kit (not illustrated, includes bottom cover rubber foot strips):
In natural silver finish L19528-001
In pale gold finish L19529-001

So I gather yours are silver in color? I found a couple online but at prices I will not even bother to link. They can be stuck back on with rubber cement if they are not too stretched or deformed. Other than that, make a warranty claim and see if HP will just ship a kit to you, although they are not in stock in US or UK Parts Store. I will also try escalation to an HP employee to see if they can help.

Thanks for your reply, my laptop is indeed silver although as it's on the bottom i don't really care what colour the strips end up being. I've glued them on a few times before but now one of them has ripped off and the other keeps falling off!

I think I'm going to try to get them through the warranty, but I won't mark yours as solution just yet as I want to see if there will be escalation here on the forum first.

Fine but I have no control over that. Good luck.
