Hi,
i was was wondering what the minimum wattage is for charging over usb c, I don’t want to buy the incorrect charger and power bank.

What makes you believe you can charge your laptop with usb-C? The Service Manual does not indicate that the USB-C port is a "Power Delivery" port. Did the laptop come with a standard barrel type AC adapter? Then odds are it will not charge via the USB-C port. If it will you would need a minimum 45w USB-C power supply.

Yes based on that I found the correct Manual and it does have a USB-C Power Delivery port. You are best off using an HP adapter for that but a 3rd party also should work. 45w would be the minimum power to achieve charging. In other words, you cannot "trickle charge" it with a cell phone adapter.
