Hi there,

 

I have a HP Envy 13 ba0506sa which has had hinge issues for the past ~3years. It's getting bad, to the point where the screen is popping out and being affected. I purchased the laptop in August 2020, aware that it is out of warranty. I seen recently that there was a class action lawsuit involving this. Is there anyway to get the laptop fixed as it appears to be a product defect? I can't find anyway to contact HP directly on their website.
