HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0010na
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop screen is coming upclipped on one side when I open it - this seems to be a problem with the hinge on that side as the other side doesn't have this problem at all.

My warrenty is marked as having expired from a support persepctive, but it should be subject to EU-law 2-year warranty for faulty goods - given this appears to be a fairly common issue (seeing a number of the issues in the community) this would indicate a fault.

I have tried going through the Virtual Agent, but not getting anywhere. I've also tried navigating the various support pages, but it keeps bringing me back to "limited options".

Some assistance from a HP Support Agent would be greatly appreciated.
