I've a HP Envy 13-BA0002na, I have noticed an issue with the hardware in which the chassis of the case appears to open slightly along the length of the hinge where it joins chassis when the screen is opened, it also stops the laptop screen from staying at the angle set as it drops down and the movement feels and sounds rough, laptop otherwise is like new and only had very light use, this is not the sort of build quality I would expect for such an expensive laptop. Currently it pops back into place with a push, but reopens every time the screen is opened. Please advise?
