Dear;

 

My laptop is HP Envy 13t and right side USB C not working.

Left side USB 3.0 and USB C and right side USB 3.0 is OK.

 

I tested UEFI Diagnostics for USB port, but failed.

 

Failure ID : GLQ7P3-9169PQ-MFGGRF-8D5N03

Product ID : 1KT13US#ABA 

 

Is this hardware problem ?
