Envy 15-ah100na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've done a clean install of Windows 10 on this laptop: HP Envy 15-ah100na, and 2 drivers are missing in Device Manager, showing as Unknown Devices. Windows Update isn't able to find anything, and I can't see any on the HP website either.

The Hardware IDs are as follows:

ACPI\VEN_AMD&DEV_0020
ACPI\AMD0020
*AMD0020

ACPI\VEN_AMD&DEV_0020
ACPI\AMD0020
*AMD0020

Any pointers for locating these drivers would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi:

I believe that if you install the AMD chipset driver from the link below (select the W10 x64 version), and restart the PC, those devices will be installed.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-9-series-chipsets/990fx

If the chipset driver doesn't automatically install the drivers for those devices, let me know, and I will pull them out of the chipset driver, attach them to my reply and you can manually install them from each of the missing devices.
