Hi there, I just want to simply know if I can add a second SSD to my current laptop.

If not, how could I buy an SSD with more storage (eg 1TB), and transfer it over? Is there any easy way to do this? What would happen to my Windows OS?

Thank you.

The specs of your machine is

           https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-15-ep0000-laptop-pc-series/32552523/model/35832071/docu...

It has  512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now and the series does not offer dual storage therefore you can not add 2.5" HDD/SSD to your machine (no parts available). But you can upgrade 512GB to 2TB using HP part #  L85358-005. or

              https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-p2-ssd
              https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-p5-ssd
         Or similar from reputable vendors.
One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
