I have a HP Envy 17-1181NR I had one question that I posted before 

I am going to upgrade the processor from the Intel i7 Q720   I was told i can upgrade to a Intel Quad Core i7-840QM but when I did a search for it and use the Intel Quad Core i7-840QM it shows it but only as a Intel  Core i7-840QM the word Quad is not in the title of the item only shows Intel Core i7 840QM SLBMP    it is still the same processor and so meaning it I buy the  Intel Core i7 840QM SLBMP    it will be a  Intel Quad Core i7-840QM

Hope not confusing
