Product: HP Envy 17-CE1002NB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery of the laptop never charged more than 80%.

 

How can i get this to 100%? I have done the tests in the BIOS etc. I also tried to find the battery to replace it but I can't seem to find the exact model for this laptop.

 

Does anyone know what battery it is en where to order it? I don't mind paying a premium price buying it from HP itself but I just don't know which one it is.

I updated the BIOS version to the last version but don't see the battery care section in the bios itself.
