HP ENVY - 17-u292cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced  the internal battery. I bought from Ho OEM retailer.  I notice that it gradually discharges slowly, even though it is charging. All tests and diagnostics say normal. I did a manual calibration, Then charges to 100%, then light is white. Then as I use  and recharge, it slowly goes down . Now is around 90%. I perform all diagnostics and all pass as normal. The computer runs great and I get good life out of battery depending on what I am doing. Do these new batteries act this way? The old one was swollen and cooked. I reloaded the  Microsoft ACP-Compliant Control method battery driver. It is version 10.0.1904.1 date 06-21-2006.  Kind a confused as what to try next. Still running Windows 10 Pro, 21H2, 11/‎4/‎2020, 19044.1706, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0. I Like I said whenever I do a manual Calibration it is fine for awhile then same thing.  Any thoughts ? Brian.

As I understand it is a genuine HP logoed battery? The behavior you describe is abnormal. I would run a full test on the battery using HP Support Assistant. Post the advanced results here, please so we can see how the battery is actually performing.
