Hello Experts

I have this HP 17" touch screen Laptop Model name: 17t-n100 for about 7-8 years and I was very happy with it until now.

I am running with Battery will not charge issue. I replaced Battery, bought new Charger but the laptop runs fine as long as the Battery has juice in it. Once Battery is out of charge, I can not turn on the laptop. And the Battery wouldn't charge either. I tried replacing DC Power Jack Harness Plug Cable but of no use.

Can anyone please suggest what should be my next step. I would still like to keep my laptop as it has lot of my good information.

Please help and advise.

Thanks,

Raj

At 7-8 years of ownership and use, the laptop is at a point where is is reaching its end of service life.

I highly recommend sourcing a replacement as soon as possible.

Save everything you want to keep, to an external storage device.
