Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1013dx

The left hinge of my HP ENVY x360 popped out of my screen.  It seems this is a very common issue, probably a design defect. My warranty expired and I would appreciate it if someone could guide me as to how to proceed with this issue. I haven't been able to get a hold of someone from HP to provide me technical support.
