HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy that is a little over 2 years old. I took pretty good care of it - had a case when I transported it and never used it in tablet mode.

About 10 minutes ago, the screen just snapped off of the back panel when I was opening the laptop. A small screw and some plastic fell out of the back.

What can I do? Since some chipped plastic fell out, it doesn't feel like this is something a local computer shop can fix, but maybe they can?

I was wondering what the community suggests.

I'm afraid the computer needs to be serviced in order to fix this issue. Please Contact HP in your region regrading the service options for your computer.
