I want this issue to be seen more, because for such an expensive laptop to break so quickly is ridiculous. A lot of people are saying the same thing about the right hinge popping out of place and causing the screen to crack, making it unable to open and close without the screen peeling away from the case. I am 6 months out of warranty, but getting support from HP is so arduous and hard to find, I couldn't even find somewhere to leave a review. I was looking into repairs and it can cost between £150-£250 which is so expensive for a seemingly common issue this type of laptop faces. I am sceptical that repairs would even be worthwhile if the laptop is liable to break again. If there is some kind of repair or compensation I can receive then I would love to know but unfortunately I have lost trust in HP as a company and will look to other companies for laptops.
