HP Envy (DESKTOP-GDOEPCN)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

September 2022, I had a new battery and new motherboard installed in my HP Envy.  Less than a year later, I notice that the battery is not charging. Ran the diagnostic and received the following error:

Primary Battery: Replace
Warranty Type: 3
Cycle count: 22 / 1000
Failure ID: PU60XV-A1UBNP-GXGG21-C09T23
Terminal Voltage: 12915 mV
Design Voltage: 11550 mV
AC Power: Yes
CT Number: 6GFTF31CF97U3K
Design Capacity: 53 WHr
Full Charge Capacity: 55 WHr (100%)
Remaining Capacity: 0 WHr

Can anyone help me out with the failure ID or any other relevant information on how to resolve?

Thanks!

The battery is bad and must be replaced. Is it a genuine HP Product? Not sure but a replacement battery ought to have at least a one year warranty. Also not sure if replacement labor is covered. Go back to whomever you dealt with to have the repairs done last year. The Forum is mostly staffed with fellow end users (like me) and we have no ability to arrange for repair/replacement.
