  • Note: The first thing that you should do before Windows update is to create a Windows recovery media using a USB flash drive.
    The Windows recovery image can help you quickly to restore computer when crash while upgrading the software drivers.

None of these suggestions have worked. Looks like the device is broken after barely any usage.
 
Very unimpressed with this purchase so far as I have only had it a few weeks and already got a Black Screen of Death. I haven't even been able to migrate my stuff to it yet. At the price paid, the expected quality is not evident.
