HP Recommended

My HP Envy laptop's left hinge has broken, and the left corner is cracked and bulging. The laptop was never dropped or mishandled. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I have seen many users reporting the same issue, and I did not expect this kind of problem from HP. @HP Support, please help.
