Hi there, Does the HP Envy 15-ep0098nr have an soldered intel Drive? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the drive types HP offered in the model series.
Your notebook has the 512 GB, 2280, PCIe-3×2×2, NVMe + 32 GB 3D Xpoint solid-state drive, which is a NVMe SSD with integrated Optane memory.
The drive can be removed as shown in chapter 5 of the manual but before removing the drive, you have to disable the Intel Optane memory in the Intel RST software and if your notebook has a BIOS setting to disable the Intel Optane memory you need to disable that as well.
See the last two sections of the link below for more information on Intel Optane memory.
The RST software is used first to disable the Intel Optane memory, then the BIOS (if applicable).
