HP Envy laptop screen is coming apart at the bottom right near the hinge. How do I fix it?

Can you post an image that shows where the damage is?

It is a matter of seeing whether the damage is on the lower part of the notebook enclosure or the hinge itself.

Here is the illustrated arts breakdown.

Let me know if this is a good enough image. Thanks so much for your help!

Can you turn it on its side, while it is open, take a photo of the laptop RH side of the display area from the top.

At the same time,  takea closeup  photo of where the hinge damage is and  then provide images of both?

HP does not list seperate parts for the display assembly.

The LCD screen adhesive appears to be on the verge of complete failure.

Perhaps a PC/Computer shop can replace the adhesive part of the display for you.

That may be the only way to avoid having to replacement  the entire display assembly.

Is the notebook still within the one year factory warranty period?

Did you happen to purchase a Care Pack for the notebook?
