My laptop battery died very suddenly, and I'm now struggling to find a suitable replacement. I have taken it to 4 different shops, all of which have said they are unable to get a replacement. Searching online, I have been unable to find replacements corresponding to my model/product number, so I'm beginning to wonder if I'm looking for the wrong thing. I've attached two photos showing the model/product/ serial numbers. Could you please tell me what replacement batteries are compatible (and also what my exact model is)? I would also appreciate any advice on how to go about getting one.
Thank you.

When I open system information it comes up with:
Product Name: HP ENVY Notebook
Product Number: N7H24EA#ABU
And on the reverse of my laptop, model number is listed as: 15-ah150na.
Thank you very much
No worries. I appreciate the reply.
The HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ah150na uses a 3-cell, 48-Wh, 4.21-Ah, Li-ion battery with HP Spare Part number 807417-005.
You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store here. You may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.
Unfortunately, it looks like it is unavailable directly from HP. Not sure where you live but I found one on Walmart.com: https://www.walmart.com/ip/807417-005-LAPTOP-BATTERY/180721492
Steps to the replacement of the battery are located on pages 44 of your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide. It will reference procedures on how to get to the internal battery.
Hope this helps,
Eddy

Hello @Riri2730,
I can't see the images right now because they haven't been approved by the moderators but if the images contain the serial number, the image will most likely be rejected.
Instead, can you just post the model/product number in text format here? (Or maybe post an image with only product/model numbers?)
Kind regards,
Eddy

Thank you very much for the quick and helpful reply! Unfortunately, I live in the UK, but thanks a lot for looking it up for me.
I have found one to buy that is identical to the specs you have given me, except that it is an Li-Polymer instead of Li-ion battery. Do you know if this would be interchangeable, or will it have to be Li-ion?

Hello @Riri2730,
If that battery is listed to have the exact same part number and specifications, yes, it should work without problems. There shouldn't be a problem using the Li-polymer.
However, please keep in mind that I am only recommending using the information given therefore I cannot guarantee that the new battery will work 100%.
Kind regards,
Eddy
