Just about a week ago - and very randomly, my laptop showed 0% on battery for the first time (was usually shut down automatically at around 6-7% if no charged).
And since then, It's incapable of working if not connected to the charger.
Tried a lot of things. Not resolving the situation.
This is a great computer and I love it - but still, that's very annoying to have a laptop that works as a desktop...
Your help will be appreciated!!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down when you unplug the charger.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager.
Here is how you do it.
Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.”
Step 2: Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”
Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.
Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”
Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
