Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO

Hello,

 

Yesterday evening I opened my HP ENVY x360 laptop, and heard a crack. I then noticed the screen was separated at the bottom right hinge area. I have owned the laptop since the end of 2020 without issue and have not damaged it before. My warranty is currently expired, but I have noticed several other individuals have this issue where the screen unexpectedly opens up. Any help would be appreciated.PXL_20230818_124037170.jpg
