HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba0002na Touchscreen Laptop 2020 edition with Sure View Core™ i5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

I have a new HP Envy13-ba0002na.  I've had the laptop for a few days.  For the first few days, no issues.  Nearly a week into ownership I now see the following messages when signing in to Windows.

"Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Microsoft.SkypeApp_15.61.87.0_x86_kzf8qxf38zg5c\Skype\Skype.exe'.

Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again."

and

"Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\AD2F1837.HPThermalControl_1.5.3.0_x...\HPCC.Bg.BackgroundApp.exe'.

Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again."

I have installed a few bits of software (Airport Utility, Zoom, iTunes) and created Windows profiles for each family member (2 adults and 2 children), but otherwise I haven't made any changes.

I'd appreciate thoughts.

Thanks,

J.
