Hi,
I have an HP Envy laptop, Model 14-eb0007TX, and the Thunderbolt 4 / USB-C port has stopped working.
I cannot charge a phone from it, and my USB hub doesn't work with it (NB - the USB hub DOES work with my PC, so it's not the hub nor leads that are the issue)
The most common solution seems to be to power the laptop down, unplug all peripheries, hold the power button for 30 seconds, and then power it up. This does not work for me despite many attempts.
BIOS Firmware is up to date
I've run an extensive system test in the BIOS Hardware Diagnostic UEFI, and no failures have been reported.
I've reinstalled the Thunderbolt firmware from the HP drivers site.
I would have thought it unlikely to be an actual hardware failure, but I can't seem to correct the issue.
Any help is appreciated.
