Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded RAM from 8GB to 16 GB  (2x8). The new RAM is Ballistix 3200, but not recognised as such by the system.

OEM RAM modules were running at 3200, but the new Ballistix ones are showing up as Generic DDR4 and running at 2666.

Crucial advised need to enable XMP in BIOS.

BIOS doesn't seem to have an option to enable XMP.

Is there any way to enable XMP

You can install 3200MHz RAM but system will automatically downgrade to 2666MHz. No option for you to overclock.

Regards.
