Hi All,

 

I am from United Kingdom, My HP Envy x360 convertible laptop hinge is broken, and unable to fold it now. Also the camera is not working after that. For fixing it, i tried multiple options but nothing worked. I am here to get some help on below.

 

a) Do HP provides hardware support in United Kingdom?

b) How to get this broken hinges fixed from authorized HP support?

c) What is the support option that I can avail, as it is out of warranty and also not supported by HP since it is a hardware broken (hinges).

 

Could anyone help me here please? Thanks
