I purchased an HP envy 360 laptop on 4th Aug from Croma store and had noticed loose touchpad issue on day 1 itself but thought it’s a build type but when I compared this with other laptops of the same type and model, my touchpad was indeed loose.
This issue is from day 1 and the touchpad has been like this. Each time I touch it, due to the amount of slack it has in the lower part, it makes an annoying clicking noise. It's such unfortunate that for such an expensive laptop you have to go through these issues from the moment you open the box
Raised it with HP with they are not listening. I raise the complaint with hope that you will recognise that it’s a Build issue and share the video as well but HP support do not care
Any idea how to escalate / resolve?
