Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0007ca

I am writing regarding obtaining service for the HP Envy 360 Convertible laptop. The bottom right corner of the screen has come apart from the casing during normal use of the laptop.

After less than two years of use it seem a common default on this model
