I need to find out what type of HDD to get for my laptop. Is it SATA, SATA2 or SATA3?

I've examined the original HDD and it does not say which type it is, but I know it isn't IDE.

Thanks!

TY so much for the info.
I need to clarify just briefly that it is just a regular SATA? (i.e, not SATA II or SATA III)
