Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 IDS Base Model

I’ve had my laptop for a bit over 2 years, but these problems started barely hear after getting it. These laptops are very poorly made. The hinges of mine are loose/broke and when you open the laptop it literally causes the case of the laptop to pull apart. It’s gotten so bad that the screen is now popping out on one side, and I am afraid any day now it is going to come out and be completely broken. I am a college student who needs their laptop to do literally anything, which is why I was reluctant to seek repairs. This laptop was not cheap and I at least expected it to last my college years. I’ve had 100 dollar laptops last longer than this.

Update! Since writing this an hour ago this laptop is effectively unusable. The hinges have come apart, breaking the screen and literally causing broke glass to be sticking out.
