Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello HP Community,
I purchased my HP Envy laptop in 2021, and I’ve been experiencing an issue where it won’t sleep while it’s plugged in and charging. If I want my laptop to enter sleep mode, I have to unplug it first and let it sleep on battery power. However, it refuses to sleep while connected to its HP OEM charger.
I’ve tried adjusting the power plan settings, updating drivers, and even performing a hard reset, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem with their HP 17m-ch0013dx or similar models? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
