Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy laptop does not recognize any USB devices. I have tried my HP docking station, a mouse, and a keyboard. When I connect any of them, I get a message that says "The last device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."

 

Onboard keyboard, touchpad, and touchscreen all appear to be working normally.
