The bottom left hinge of the screen on my HP ENVY x360 laptop has popped out and I am reluctant to close it, as it could cause further damage. I had it repaired locally by a laptop repair shop but a few months later, it had popped out happened again.
I would like someone from HP to take a look at my laptop, but my warranty has now expired, and I can't get in touch with an actual person as a result. It seems like the design of these smaller HP laptops is problematic as I see a number of people asking questions on this. I would like to speak to a physical person (not the virtual chat assistant) about looking at getting it repaired, please can someone provide me with some contact details.
Thank you.

Hi there
I am having the exact same issue.
My laptop is fairly new and rarely used it as I have other PCs and Laptops too
Warranty expired in August 2022, like 5 months ago
The bottom left corner is popping out , I found out the hinge is pushing it out
Seems like lots of people are facing the exact same problem
Going by the number of people having this issue, I have no doubt that this is a manufacture fault.
I have contacted HP but they refused any help as this is not under warranty
This was an expensive laptop , i paid over $2300 for this laptop and it is very frustrating
I am going to lodge a complaint against HP through consumer affairs as well as ACCC

Hello,
I am having this same issue. My warranty is also expired, but seeing as this seems to be a common defect for HP computers I would like to speak to HP support staff to try to determine how to fix this issue.
