HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W8AV)

Hello,

I brought my Envy in Jan 2021 but did not actually start using it as a convertible until 2023. Just recently, I noticed that my hinge was broken on the right and my screen was splitting from my laptop. It's pretty horrifying to think that one day the screen can completely fall off just by opening and closing the laptop. Black bits fall out when I try to move it and I cannot close it or open it normally the way I want to. I looked online, and it looks like many has had this issue in the past. Is anyone having this problem in 2023/2024? Needless to say, my warranty has expired. Please help.

Thank you.
