HP Envy x2 Detachable

Ok so 2 nights ago I plugged in my laptop and it charged fine. I used it all day and plugged it in at night. When I got up today it was not charged. The type C power pack and cord is working  fine and will charge my phone but and other things but won't charge the laptop. I am assuming that something is wrong with the laptop. Any ideas of how to fix a laptop that has a completely dead battery?   The laptop isn't even a year old yet!!

Any idea would be fabulous!! The Geek squad is not working right now and I am at a loss of where to take it for help!

@Lar86,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not powering on.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Do you have an alternate charger to check?

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Thanks for the advice but that was the first thing I tried. It is not the power pack or any of the cables. The charger can charge other things just not the computer. I finally got everything straightened out and will be sending it into HP to hopefully find the problem. But thanks
