Hi,
I lost my power supply for my HP Envy x360 15-bp103ng. Since, at least in germany, the original psu is not available anymore i'll have to buy a third party one. Does anybody know the exact voltage and how many amperes the device can handle, and which diameters the plug needs to be?
oh...and why the heck is the HP support experience that crazily bad. it's the same corporate cost cutting nonsense as most places these days and the very reason i won't ge an hp product ever again. i'm fine to search through a manual myself, read product specifications etc.
but when after about an hour it is very clear, that the needed information isn't out there because the manufacturer doesn't care one bit, i'm really upset.
give me a mail, chat or even a hotline where i can ask the **bleep** question the manufacturer obviously didn't care to put on the support page.

incredible display of incompetence.
i asked, quote: "Does anybody know the exact voltage and how many amperes the device can handle ". and then even an HP epmployee shows up to answer the question. except she/he doesnt.
so i found out myself:
to anybody out there having my question, namely "how much ampere can the Envy x360 15-bp-100 series take at its designed voltage and what is this voltage?":
It takes 19.5 Volts at up to 4.62 Amperes.
The plug diameters are as stated by the HP employee: 4.5 mm outer and 3.0 mm inner diameter respectively.
unbelievable.
(although getting an answer after only one day is nice. thanks)
